The DAA Premium Belt is a very solid belt, and acts as the core element anchoring my competition rig. The high quality materials have been assembled with excellent craftsmanship and much thought has gone into its design. Small details such as the name tag pocket, and the weave of the belt material really set this belt apart from others I have seen. I am amazed at how light my gear feels once the belt is on. It makes taking my gear on and off so much easier. The biggest plus is that all my gear now stays in the same place during a match which has helped me improve my performance. Make sure to follow the instructions on the web site to get the right fit. My waist measurements put me 2 pants sizes higher than the ones I am currently wearing. That made me a little concerned that the belt would be too big when it arrived. When I received the belt and tried it on it fit perfectly! Don’t skip this step. If I had ordered my pants size I am sure I would have been disappointed. This belt makes shooting in competitions much more enjoyable. This would be a product that I would tell people who are just entering the sport to put at the top of their list of things to purchase. Nothing beats having a good base from which to build your rig!

These things are great. I haven't shot a match with them yet, but I have no doubt they will work great. They clamp on to my belt really well, so I don't see any problem with them moving around. I love the adjustability in these things. They can rotate 360 degrees and are offset on the mount so you can turn them over to mount them high or low. The magnets are nice and strong as well. The only thing I would change is the screws. They seem to be pretty cheap and I've had a couple problems with them.

This is the best value for money from any Double Alpha Academy product I have purchased to date. Started using DAA gear in the IPSC Production Division using a CZ75 SP01 Shadow. Thereafter I switched to Standard Division and I shoot Open from time to time for fun (CZ75 TS and CzechMate). One insert was good for all of these guns! (modified it by filing off some material to use the TS). Top quality product as usual.
