No. 1; Double Alpha Academy is one of the VERY few companies that , by my 'figuring' (I could be wrong) doesn't 'discriminate' against Canadians by charging HUGE S&H fees to Canada. THANK YOU !
No. 2; I was waiting for YEARS for another companies cart, but I'm pretty happy with the ECKLA. What's the included black bag for ?
No. 3; Haven't USED the extra 'Holding Bar' , but I have adjusted it to accommodate an umbrella. VERY handy in B.C. I can see it being great for '3-gun' shooting.
No. 4; It's European made, i.e. NOT China etc. .
No. 5; The 'Weight limit' on the chair part makes me a little nervous, I'd like it 50 lbs. higher, I'm a 'teence', a LOT, over. I just sit on it gently, WHEN I have time, which is rarely .
So far so good, I'd recommend it as worth the money as we carry more and more 'stuff' in our shooting bags .

The Adjustable Thumb Rest has dramatically increased my competition scores in NRA Timed and Rapid Fire at 25 yards. I'm back on target much quicker by controlling muzzle rise. A truly innovative and high quality product!! My only suggestions are: (1) The unit did not have enough set back on the upper portion to clear the side of my slide (1911 Single Stack). I tried this item on four different 1911 manufacturer's pistols, with the same result. A metallic metal shim of 0.020" (approximately 0.500mm), of the same rectangular shape as the bottom of the rest, with screw clearance holes, would be ideal to give the needed clearance without leaving an objectionable opening; (2) If the instructions mentioned the screws' thread size (4mm X 0.7 pitch), it would be a big help to those who do not have a metric thread gauge, in order to select the proper tap size for threading the mounting holes that have to be drilled into the side of the 1911's dust cover.

I love this product. Had a little snag on the bolts holding it in place, not the fault of DAA. Got the right ones and have put the pedal to the metal from there. Its adjustable design makes it great for everyone from short stubby fingers to large long hands. Perfect!

I purchased the 5.56 bullet feeder and the 9mm and 45acp. The feeder setup in just a few minutes and had it running. It runs perfect, couldn't be any better. I haven't run the 9mm or the 45acp yet, but if it does run as good as the 5.56 it would be the best thing I have found to speed up the reloading process. If wish I had gotten the bullet feeder years ago. I would recommend this for anyone who has a Dillion progressive loader.

I have only used the holster in one single stack match with my STI USPSA .40. So far I'm very pleased. It accomplished what I had hoped it would, and that is some adjustability for draw angle as well as distance from my belt.
It does however seem to take some of the finish off the trigger guard, which seems to be where the holster grips the gun to keep it in place. That was also true of the kydex holster I replaced made by Bladetech.
