I already had Hornaday BFDs for 380/9 and 40. But was getting ready to load up a bunch of 223s when I first heard of these dies and thought I’d give it a try.
Sorry to report that I still have not got around to using this 22 BFD as of today but thought I’d review a couple important things,
When I received this BFD I was at first thinking that die body was made out of plastic because it was so light. Found out that it was made out of aluminum and was much better with it.
Next I put it in the press and ran some empty 223 cases through it and it functioned flawlessly ( I didn’t get around to trying the 75 grain HPs).
Next I decided to try some 20 caliber 32 grain bullets for my 20 practical ( A neck down 223) and they appear to work just fine also which I was very excited about.
So far the quality, functionality and integrity of this company all appear to be above average at this point in time.

I have several posts but if you swap BFD inserts or do any form of cleaning, then chances are you will sooner or later loose a bearing or two.
For the price it does not hurt. I have a spare set for my BFD bodies when I swap inserts from progressive to turret. Is use the BFD on my turret
with a short tube so I can load 10 rounds before refilling. Saves a little time nd less hand movements.

I figured with 7 DAA BFD along with extra BFD bodies and bearings the clips are just for spares for the body dies. Inexpensive so why not grab a couple
incase you loose one. Nothing fancy just a clip and doers what it is supposed to.

Like all other DAA products, nice workmanship. I use single, turret and rl550 press for all my rifle and pistol. With extra body
dies I can keep all dies setup and only remove the bullet insert/bearings from one toolhead to the other. I use the RL550 for bulk production
in 20,22,264,30 etc and the DAA BFD work excellent in all those cals. The 9mm work with 380 and the 223 BFD works with 20cals also, 308 work with 7.62x39
I have 2 extra BFD bodies on my turrets with a short tube so I can roll single without playing with bullets. Keep up the excellent work and I am looking
forward to the future RL550 case feeder when available.

I've had this holster a month now. It does what I expected and was simple to set up.
