The functionality is great. No questions there. The display is easy to set up and easy to use. Easy to carry. The Nylon case is quite nice too (although a compartment for spare batteries would be welcome). We use the display with a CED 7000RF timer and the latency is totally acceptable, however we did notice a couple of mismatches already. Overall, I'm sorry to say that the device itself doesn't give an impression of quality, at least not for that amount of money. The enclosure is very plasticky, the material seems brittle, the buttons including the ON/OFF switch are flimsy, and the battery compartment is very tight and it feels like it's going to break after a couple of battery replacements. Let's hope that the next version (if any) will offer a bigger display, better contrast for improved readability, some degree of weather and dust resistance, a more rugged construction altogether and a threaded attachment port underneath to fasten it onto a tripod.

Excellent product, well made and well designed. I personally feel that it is a little over priced but what are you gonna do?
