This unit does what it claims, but in my opinion, is way overpriced for what it is. I think maybe if I was spending this much, I should have just bought the pro model. As others have said, you’ll need to place above a bucket or something to catch the cases but that isn’t a big deal. I have the conversions for 9mm, 10mm, and .223 with my primary intended use being .223 as occasionally I will get a piece that has issues in one of my rifles and a small base die can’t get the bottom of the case because of the material between it and shell holder or shell plate. The pistol calibers feed pretty well from my Dillon case feeder although you can’t set it and forget it as occasionally one will tip when the die contacts it. This is where I expect the pro model with its pusher would work better. The rifle cases are far more prone to tipping and jamming up the unit as they’re smaller on the base along with taller. If the unit had a rheostat and the user could turn the speed down, that would likely help. For most reloaders this is simply too expensive to see value and for those that shoot enough to justify it, I’d probably steer toward the pro model as this one is way too expensive in comparison.

I love all things DAA. I am a fan and have bought many items. All are high quality, well made, well thought out, and most have a nice instructional video by Sol. The latest purchase is the Primafill. First I bought the Rockford Arsenal. Could never get it to work right. It took longer to load 100 primers than the pick and peck method. Then I bought the Hornady. It worked about 60% of the time. Still got stuck primers 40% of the time. Now, I have a reliable primer fill - the Primafill.

Excellent gas padel/thumb rest, it's fully adjustable to virtually any size hand and since it's adjustable it had a slide guard so you can get your thumb as close as tight as possible to the slide without any disturbance of movement.
As usual a professional hi-end product made by a superior company.
