The Vaultek LifePod XR Biometric is a high-capacity, TSA-approved biometric gun case built to keep pistols, magazines, and valuable gear protected anywhere you travel. This lightweight, modular, all-weather case is ready for the range, the trail, or any expedition where your kit needs to arrive secure.

With 614 cubic inches of interior space, the LifePod XR swallows full-size pistols, magazines, camera gear, drones, and EDC essentials with room to spare. The body of this rugged travel case is moulded from advanced non-metal TP3 polymer, engineered to be light in the hand yet drop-tested to stand up as the ultimate lockbox. The whole case weighs just 7.6 lbs. Front compression latches and an inner rubber gasket seal the interior against the elements, so this weatherproof gun case is water resistant, airtight, dustproof, and floats with a load of up to 27 lbs.

Three secure access points keep entry fast and reliable. The water-resistant biometric fingerprint scanner stores up to 20 unique prints and reads at 10 FPS from a 9.0 mm x 9.0 mm sensor (176 x 176 pixels @ 508 dpi). The Smart Sense backlit capacitive keypad offers over 8,000 combinations, and two backup manual keys provide mechanical entry. Anti-theft protection runs deep, with a reinforced steel interior hinge system, dual anti-impact latches, and a quick-release steel security cable mount. The case meets TSA guidelines for travel.

Adaptable Pluck Foam Interior

The high-capacity pluck foam base lets you build custom-fit pockets for whatever you carry. Simply pluck out the pre-perforated sections for a snug, cradled fit around pistols, optics, or camera gear, or strip the foam out entirely to make room for bulkier items. Paired with the lid compression foam, your contents stay cushioned and stabilised, with motion reduced and placement locked in throughout transit.

Power and Backup Access

A single 9V alkaline battery (not included). A front rubber keyhole cover hides an integrated micro-USB port for backup power if the battery dies, and the case continues to function as a sealed weatherproof case even with no battery installed.
