This mag pouch is amazing I like the way its mounted, very secure. Although I like the older version too but I was not a big fan of the way it was mounted.

I had a piece of $3 copper pipe that I cut to do the same job which worked great. However, when flying the TKC demooner raises fewer questions than that piece of pipe. While I initially bought after that disaster of a TSA interaction, I have come to prefer it as it's much more comfortable to use. If you bought a BMT mooner thinking you would have your demooning covered, guess again. The TKC tool is so much easier on the wrists and keeps brass in the hollow tube. It also is superior to the BMT in removing empty brass on a partially shot moon.
