Tried it out for the first time today and it can be finicky. When you put the primers in the tray and wiggle it around, it does a very poor job of flipping them over. My old RCBS hand primer, the tray on it flips the primers no problem. This thing does not for some reason. I end up having to manually flip about 25% of them. Getting them to drop into the tubes is game of cat and mouse. You have to tip and turn it every direction to get them to feed, and they do not always drop into the tube, sometimes one primer will just set there at the top and will not drop in and I have to tap on the lid above it to make it drop in. I found that just holding the button down for constant vibration does not work very well. I find it work a little better if you pulse it, hitting the button for about 1 second on and off. Still, this seems way better that the old "hunt and peck" method. I never tried it, as I just set up a brand new XL750 and decided to go with this from the get go. But just watching videos of people manually filling the tubes seemed like something I did not want to do.

Used it for the first time today and it works great. Easy to get set up and adjusted to drop bullets. Just make sure pay attention and do not forget to rotate the tube as you use bullets. Not really sure why they come with the case expander, there is nothing wrong with the dillon one.
