I love your new lighting system. I had one problem and that was degreaseing the tool head. I did all the stuff you guys said to do, but no stick. This what I did. I had some Weldwood Contact cement ( no drip Gel Formula ) I made an outline on the tool Head with a pencil and using a cotton swab put the contact cement on the tool head. I did the same thing on the sticky side of the light board. I let this dry to the touch and then placed it on the tool head. No problem stuck very tight. This might help someone that is having trouble. This is a great lighting system. I put mine on a RL1100 using a 9mm & 38mm tool head. Thanks

Product arrived as ordered.. only problem was it took over a month to arrive .. the previous purchase was great and tracking was a breeze .. this time I guess I lucked out

I purchased the Dillon 550C and the DAA Case Feeder as a package hoping to duplicate the Dillon 1100 that I have for large production loads. The 550C was going to be for small caliber (.380 & 9mm) loads only - that's why I went with the 550C and the Case Feeder combo. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the case feeder to drop the .380 cases properly. When I manually "dropped" the cases into the feeder tube, the push bar wouldn't place the case properly into position. The 9mm seemed to work properly but I couldn't get the .380 casses to feed and position properly.
I spoke to DAA about the problem I was having and they didn't have a solution, so I went back with an RMA for credit.
