I have 2 of these, one for my .9mm and one for my .38 caliber tool heads. It works great on the DAA case feeder.
I can load about 150 .9mm and 80 .38 special at a time
I am also very happy with the loader bowl

I've purchased a large number of DAA products and accessories for my Dillon XL750 and they have all been excellent.....except for the Mini Case Feeder, specifically because of these adaptors. They are sized so small that even after sanding with a dremel I still had to use a hammer to get them...

The product is made of typically tough and durable plastic. I reviewed this product before and was shot down by the AA team. The piece that connects the Dillon case feeder adapter to the AA multi barrel case feeder needed to be altered. The inside diameter was too small. AA said it was Dillon's...

It works fine, but installation is more difficult than it needs to be. The adapter that mounts to the screw on the 750 should be threaded and the other portions shouldn't be a friction fit. It would be much easier if it was a screw clamp. The sanding to get things to fit seemed like an odd design.

Mine came with the mini case feeder, however it was not threaded at all, so I used a 3/8"-24 tap to thread it onto the XL750 cam pin/rod. Like in the description I did have to dremel out both pieces and then sand them with sand paper a bit to smooth them out and to get it to get a good fit the...

DAA Adaptor set for Multi-Cal Mini XL750 / XL650 Case Feeder

Multi Caliber Adaptor Set for DAA Mini XL 650 Case Feeder

(6)
Manufacturers: Double-Alpha Academy

Description:

The DAA Adaptor Set for Multi-Cal Mini XL750 / XL650 Case Feeder is a set of two plastic parts, made of fiber reinforced Nylon, which easily assemble onto your Dillon XL750 / XL650 press and allow you to use the DAA Mini case feeder tube rather than a fully blown Dillon automatic case feeder.

This adaptor set consists of two parts:

The Support-Ring part: This part has a stem with a hole, that screws down onto the top of the Dillon Camming Pin (as shown in picture), once screwed on to the correct angle, the Dillon Casefeed adaptor (of and color) can fit through it into place, and be supported by it. Thread it onto the Dillon Camming pin as far as it can go, and then back it out until it’s positioned correctly to support the Casefeed Adaptor part.

The Adaptor-Cap part: This part fits onto the top of your caliber specific Casefeed Adaptor, and provides the attachment point onto which you can fit the DAA Tube Assembly, preloaded with your brass.

This updated configuration uses the original Dillon Casefeed Adaptor piece, making it more multi caliber and universal. Note that some light fitting may be required as some of the Dillon Casefeed adaptor have a slightly larger outer diameter. Ideally, you would like the Casefeed Adaptor to be able to slide in and out of the Support-Ring part, without much friction, but without wiggle room.

I've purchased a large number of DAA products and accessories for my Dillon XL750 and they have all been excellent.....except for the Mini Case Feeder, specifically because of these adaptors. They are sized so small that even after sanding with a dremel I still had to use a hammer to get them over one of my Dillon case feed adaptors. Ultimately the adaptor cap cracked and I decided it wasn't worth the trouble so I just went ahead and purchased the full Dillon Case Feeder. I could understand if some light fitting was necessary but I would have had to hone out a significant amount of material to get these to fit. Doesn't seem up to the high standard I'm used to from DAA.

The product is made of typically tough and durable plastic. I reviewed this product before and was shot down by the AA team. The piece that connects the Dillon case feeder adapter to the AA multi barrel case feeder needed to be altered. The inside diameter was too small. AA said it was Dillon's fault due to their adapter being the wrong size. I have 4 of those adapters and they are all the exact same size. This isn't a big deal. Just adjust your production jigs. The case feed is brilliant. It holds around 150 9 mm cases. That is so much better than the 21 that Dillon's case feed tube holds. I am very happy with the system and it only took about 5 minutes to fix it. I give the system four stars, even with the fault.

Like in the description I did have to dremel out both pieces and then sand them with sand paper a bit to smooth them out and to get it to get a good fit the 9mm case feeder tube. It fit my 223 tube just fine. After that worked great with the Mini Case Feeder and the loader bowl.
