The Power Drive is a bolt-on upgrade for your commercial rollsizer that increases throughput and makes processing extremely quiet. It is fully compatible with all commercial rollsizers.
The Power Drive bolts onto the front of your rollsizer using the existing gearbox mounting holes. No disassembly of your rollsizer is required, although you will need a metric Allen key. The Power Drive connects to your existing case pusher using the original bolts, making installation quick and simple—typically taking about five minutes. The linkage to the case pusher is adjustable using the various holes drilled in the drive wheel.
The variable speed controller can be dialed in to match your case feeder performance. At top speed, it can process 10,000+ cases per hour, exceeding the capacity of all but the highest-performance commercial-grade case feeders.
The new Power Drive is extremely quiet and eliminates the need for bolts and levers, simplifying calibre conversions. While the previous system works reliably, the new Power Drive is significantly faster and much quieter—ideal for late-night processing sessions without waking the family.
The Power Drive is supplied with a wall-mounted power supply and plug adapters for USA, European, and Australian power sockets as standard. The power supply is a very high-quality unit fitted with automatic reset overload protection, eliminating the need for messy fuses.
