This is the first holster I have purchased to use in competitive shooting. I am very pleased with the Alpha X holster as it is so versatile and I am able to use it in many shooting disciplines. The holster is adjustable to accommodate any shooter and the settings are easy to lock down and remain locked into position. The holster is made with the finest quality materials and finished to prevent marking any weapon placed into it. Finally, I am left handed and product selection for the left handed world is limited at best. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality rig to consider the Alpha X holster and the premium belt as you will not be disappointed. Strongly recommended for the left handed shooter.

The DAA Alpha-X Holster is perfect for my Springfield Armory XD(M) 5.25" custom firearm. This XD(M) was customized and turned into a USPSA Competition Open Division pistol. I love the way the gun is supported and secure. I highly recommend this holster.

I recently bought two Alpha X holsters for my STI DVC Steel and Volquartsen Scorpion. Being new to competive these are my first full rigs (I also bought belts, including one to set up my 929, and mag pouches for my STI) so I have nothing to compare them to from the past. I am really impressed with all of the products I've purchased. Not only do they look good, they are high quality and easy to set up and use. The customer service you get from Double Alpha is the best. I made a mistake on my belt purchases by ordering extra inner belts. Customer service contacted me before they shipped my order to make sure I realized I over ordered, corrected the amount, and processed a refund on the spot. I am just so impressed with everything about this company I will be a repeat customer for as long as I shoot.

I shoot ICORE & USPSA revolver division with a Smith 929. I was really skeptical about hanging such a large & heavy gun on a race-holster, but the Alpha-X has proven to be rock solid. Bending over, resetting steel, pasting targets, whatever, the gun gun won't budge until I grab for it, then the draw is as fast as I can make it. I am so impressed that when my Limited gun arrives I intend to buy another Alpha-X.
