After detonating 45 ACP (due to double charge) and having to replace barrel, magazine and grips, figured this was a cheaper and safer method of ensuring safe loads. Works just great on my Frankford Arsenal Pro turret press. Peace of mind is a great thing.

HOWEVER!!!!
MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE DIE PLATE PIN BEFORE INSTALLING, OR YOU WILL HAVE DISASSEMBLE THE POWDER CHECK TO REMOVE THE PIN.
Easy fix if you cut down the pin first. Which I did not!!

I have one of these on each turret head. They work great. Wouldn't load without one. Richard

Powder check die was installed on a Hornady lock n load ap press. Die works as intended when installed properly and is serious piece of mind with flake and spherical powders. Thanks double alpha!

Installato su pressa lee six pack 6000.
Con la configurazione che ho io, rimaneva poco spazio tra le teste dei dies. Per migliorare la cosa ho dovuto aggiungere il "riser" dedicato della lee.
Funziona perfettamente ed è di facile montaggio e regolazione.
Rispetto ai video pubblicati sul profilo youtube della Double alpha (forse più vecchi), non è presente la vite che regola la sensibilità del magnete.
Molto soddisfatto.
