The DAA SIG P320 +2 Magazine Base Pads are CNC machined from top-grade aluminum and carefully designed to precisely fit your SIG magazine tubes, for an easy on, easy off fit.
The base pads include a steel inner plate, which locks into place behind the back of the magazine, preventing any movement of the base pad, whether empty or fully loaded.
The steel inner plate includes a front end lip, to help hold the spring in place as you assemble the base pad. It can easily be slid upwards for toolless dismantling of the base pads.
The DAA SIG P320 +2 Base Pads are compatible with P320 and P320X5 17 and 21 round 9mm magazines, and 14 and 18 round 0.40 magazines.
Six dimples have been machined into the bottom of the base pad, post anodizing, to create a row of white dimples. These allow you to fill in the dimples using a black marker, leaving 1 or 2 or more white – as a simple and effective solution for numbering your magazines. Being able to identify individual mags is import, as all seasoned competitors know.
With this base pad you will use the original spring, but not the original spring retainer.
If you use the base pads on the short Sig mags, you will stay under 140mm in length. If you use it on the long 21rd mags, you go over.
