Works great with the 60 shot surefire mags. The older model couldn't handle this mag.

Very nice material. Soft enough to adjust it to your rifle and stiff enough for the usage in competition. But... in order to make it work properly with Magpul 10 rounds mags you have to take off a significant amount of material at the inside of the magwell.

Little bit loose fit on my Stag Arms 3G. Fixed it with one wrap of vulcanizing tape.
Magpul Pmag did not freefall when hitting the release button, snagged on the rear part closest to the trigger. Carved away 1-2mm of plastic and now it works great.
They could decrease the protrusion a little, and increase angle of bevel.

A loose, wobbly fit on my DPMS lower. Gave it a try, and decided against leaving it on my AR.

Great addition to my cold bore match AR. It needed a little bedding to keep it from rocking slightly on my Colt but otherwise attaches easily and works great.

I recently purchased the Magwell to attach to my RRA LARS 15 .223 Rem pistol. Its a CQB setup, 10.5 inch w/Dlask XB1 suppressor, red dot sight, battery assist lever, w/AR stock (permitted in Canada), this is a great addition for tactical reloading, having the ability to focus attention at target acquisition and quick reload on the move. I like that my left hand can focus on reloading while my right hand can control the release of the mag, putting the weapon back into battery and trigger control. While my attention is on threat assessment and targeting. The Magwell also acts as a grip on the mag well providing a very stable grip to hold and grasp the weapon. The only minor drawback is using magazines that are attached side by side do not feed because of the flair of the base. A great addition to any AR setup.
