I bought then for spare, because I have a lot of special forces friends that shoot with Berdain's amo.

Even if ammo wasn't so expensive at the time of this review the system would be worth the money. I would estimate the recoil to be about 60% of a regular 115 grain 9mm and the recoil is not exactly similar in that the pistol barrel does not want to rise up as much. But the ability to train at home things like moving while shooting, follow up shots, etc are all there. I think beginners in particular should consider owning this so they don't have to use live ammo when practicing new skills.

Alpha-XiP Pouch

Well ahead of the competition. I have used extensively many competing brands of mag pouch and these are head and shoulders superior. I have used the DAA Racer, Ghost, Weber, and few others and this is the best. Weber would be in second place but their pouches are very wide meaning your second mag is about 1.5" further back than it would be with these. This design couldn't be much more compact meaning you can keep mag 2,3,4 etc closer to your hand insead of further back on the belt. The ability to rotate the mags back and cant them out make reloads as fast as possible. Everything fits as snug as you want it and not more. Just an all around win. The only thing I would recommend for the next gen would be a very slight flair at the top to assist putting the mag in similar to a mag well on the bottom of a pistol. This is the one to buy for comp period.

DAA PRIMAFILL GEN-2

Just got mine and most primers hung up and wouldn't go down the tube. I noticed the end of the primer tubes are square and that ledge would be just enough to stop the primers from sliding in easily. So, I took my chamfer tool and reamed out the ends of my primer tubes to a nice long taper. Then touched that angle up with very fine emery. Now it works PERFECTLY! I'm very surprised there's no mention of doing that. Hey Double Alpha...are you listening? By the way, there's no instructions at all with the unit. What I described would halt a lot of frustrations and returns.
