The screen protector is like the silicone skin. They both add protection to your investment. It takes a little time to install, but then you are protected from ugly scratches, etc.

The skins are a nice way to protect your investment. Cheap enough to be worth the investment. The color option is a nice touch.

Adding another USB cable is like having a backup battery or spare charger. It's just one of those items to have around.
