This is a well made wrench, I was hoping it would work with my RCBS, Lyman & Lee die lock rings. Unfortunately it doesn't so I will just give it to my friend that has a Dillion press. It would be great it they would make one for RCBS die lock rings.

The wrench is good and fits the lock rings well.

My issue is that the small 6pt end of the wrench does NOT fit the Dillon powder bar adjustment screw (7/16"). Not only that, it doesn't even fit 10mm (it's off by 0.001-2). So, forget about using it for that, just use it for the lock rings.

The DAA box wrench is what I needed to protect my dies. I was so frustrated with the Dillon open end wrench rounding off flats on die nuts. If you don't have one..get one, you'll thank me later. Fast friendly service from DAA..every time.

This is a great tool! I have a Dillon 650 and one of my only complaints of it is trying to tighten the die lock rings is a pain especially with the Dillon wrench which is very sloppy in fit which rounds off the corners of the lock rings. Also being a typical wrench design/shape, the Dillon wrench...

Description:

As any reloader knows, adjusting a die on a tightly spaced tool head can be difficult and aggravating. The die nuts and various machine parts do not allow easy access and using regular wrenches can be near impossible.

The DAA 1 Inch Box-End Wrench is the solution to this problem! The custom made, laser cut, stainless steel wrench is strong enough to last a lifetime and thin-walled enough to fit between any dies for easy access and adjustment. The multiple jows allow the handle to be positioned in the most suitable angle for tightening up those hard to reach nuts.

This tool is designed for use with 1” nuts and will not fit the 1-1/8” used on some dies. We recommend changing any larger die nuts to standard 1” nuts, which will allow you to use this one tool for all your dies, and give you more clearance and access on your tool head.

A pack of 5x 1” die nuts is available as a combo too.
