Tech support helped with some technique suggestions but here are the issues I experienced.
1. The flip tray is too small to quickly flip 100 primers. 50 work great.
2. Primer tubes should be 4” longer to accommodate a counter weight.
3. Flipped primers.
4. Primer brand sensitive.
5. Works with CCI small pistol but small rifle, other brands and large primers flip upside down while filling.
Here’s my work around and this seems to be 100%.
1. 50 small pistol CCI primers
2. Counter weight now fits in tube.
3. Primers fill correctly without flipped primers.
4. Flip tray quickly flips all 50 as there is now room to agitate them into correct orientation.
Suggestions:
1. Make tray at least 2” bigger to hold 100 primers and allow room to job them into orientation.
2. Lengthen fill tubes 4” to allow for counter weight. Assists in primers filling press primer tube. Sometimes a primer gets stuck in the primer tube then when you take tube off press the remaining primers fall on the floor.
Bottom like with the work around the product fits my small pistol needs but is not a complete solution.

Super fast shipping. I have tried the Franklin Arsenal, Hornady 1911 filler, with great frustration. Just loaded 1,000 primers with the PrimaFill. No more upside down primers, no more jams, no more frustration!! Stop reading and order this unit, you will be all smiles...... Also got the storage rack - great addition, you will like it too!

The device works great, but it doesn't last very long. I had mine about 2 years, but didn't use it very much. On mine, the power supply wire to the motor broke at the solder point. I was disappointed, but ordered another one. I use the DAA primer tubes and chamfer every tube and they work well. Dillon tube's tend to flip primers and that's not good.

This is a game changer for reloading. It is simple to use and will increase your reloading rate exponentially. The only down side is that some primer tubes don’t work well with this device. If a primer gets stuck in the drop tube it is a bit of a pain to get it out.

I have had the Primafill for about a year, I had a few hiccups with it initially, however lately I have discovered holding in in both hands makes it work great. If you haven't tried it this way give it a go, mine is working fine.

It is better than any other solution I have tried under $400! It just works...period.
(Bonus: Hornady primer tubes work with it too. No issues at all.)
