My mini Mr bullet works great and mounted easily to my hornady press.

I ordered the mini mrbulletfeeder for my Dillon 650 and it is a game changer. I also purchased 4 additional magazines so I can load a little over 500 rounds at a setting before having to refill the magazines. It takes me about a fourth of the time to load 500 rounds now over without the feeder.

What can you say....DDA products are well made and work great... bought the 9mm set-up with 3 feeder tubes... took about 2 minutes to set up... I load a lot of coated bullets on a Hornaday lnl progressive press... this worked great my other bullet feeder die was so finicky.... this one not at all... it just works everytime... Thank You all for making a great product!

Combo :Mini Mr Bullet Feeder pistol and 2-in1 seating and crimping die
I bought this after hesitating to do so for some time, not being certain that I really needed it. After much more fumbling when trying to pick up short and slippery 9mm round nose bullets, to place on the flared casing in the reloader, I made my decision to order the bullet feeder.
This is a great addition to my Dillon 550 press (along with the mini case feeder that I purchased some time ago). It has saved me much time and aggravation.
I had a couple minor issues, in the beginning, with bullets not dropping into the dropper die properly. After a couple minor adjustments, as suggested by the great, helpful, friendly folks at Double Alpha, it has been working flawlessly since.
Add this to your press. You will not regret it !!

I bought this to load 44-40. Tried to use my regular 44 cal powder funnel in a Dillon 550B with case feeder. No joy. .427" bullet RNFP powder coated. Internal balls in die kept catching lube groove. Solution was to sacrifice an extra Dillon 45 cal powder funnel to the lathe and duplicate the profile of the 45 funnel that came with the DAA Mini. Diameter of lower end .424". Diameter of upper end to create cup for bullet base .430". Polish both surfaces and slight bevel on lower edge of step up for cup. Tune as directed in instructions and it "mostly works" For full reliability I used a piece of 5/16 steel rod 14" long as a follower for the bullet stack. Once the bullets get below the middle of the feeder tube feeding gets touchy. Turn down the first 1/2' of one end of the rod to 1/4" and thread to 1/4x20. Use a nut and flat washer so the rod won't fall through the die when bullets run out. Now it never skips a beat. Down side is that it doesn't play well with flat base bullets. Bevel bases work best. Because there are only 4 stations in the 550 I use a 44-40 cowboy seat and crimp die after the bullet drop. Not as good as a Redding profile die but more than close enough for good reliable ammo. Drop into Colt cylinders and no issues in 73's, 66's or 92's.

Great! Had one minor failure to drop in 500 rounds with 124gr lead bullets. It took less than 5 minutes to get the right adjustment set. Compare that with my hornady bullet feeder which would experience a problem every 10 or 20 rounds. The DAA is a no-brainer, wish I had not wasted $$ on the hornady thing.
