The connector can only pull off the board if there is considerable force applied to it. If you position the controller too far away, so that the wire is pulled tight each time the toolhead moves – you may damage the connector. All the same, we will replace it for you. Please ensure you position the controller in such a location as to avoid all tension on the wire.

Review:
I bought and installed the led lighting on my automated Apex-10. Following Saul's video instructions I installed the light smoothly and initially I was very pleased, especially with the adjustable "flood" of light. But during my last reloading session this weekend, the light did not work anymore. Upon inspection, the socket where you plug in the power plug was broken off. Looking in closer I noticed that most of the small pins were broken off, disconnecting the entire socket. I think the socket is too weak and the point of failure of the led light, especially after "longer" use. I now use a regular light.
