I like this little gadget...lights up the bore nicely...much better than using a mini flashlight. I had a problem with battery dying after a couple of months...found the internal battery connector spring was not supported to hold spring in the center of the tube so that it was angled to touch the...

The bore light is worthless. I installed the battery, turned it on and it stopped working less than two minutes later. I checked the battery with a battery test device and it showed good voltage. Tried a new battery, still didn’t work.

I like this little gadget...lights up the bore nicely...much better than using a mini flashlight. I had a problem with battery dying after a couple of months...found the internal battery connector spring was not supported to hold spring in the center of the tube so that it was angled to touch the device frame barrel. Added paper to insulate between the tube and the spring and it is working again. I'll deduct a point for the weak QC effort.
