I started with the wings folded on my gun and after the first shot one by one the wings started opening shot after shot until they were fully opened. The same happens to a friend of mine.
Reply from DAA: The folding Jet wings are designed to be used OPEN! only fold down when transporting your pistol.

the product is well designed and works correctly when opened. It is better not to shoot with the wings closed because they tend to open up.

Having changed back to a C-more sight ,I find the 'wings' a great 'accessory' to help you with more specialised start positions .
It saves having the pistol leaning on the racking lever and therefore giving better access if needing to rack the pistol as part of a stage starting action ..
