Q: What type of Subscription packages to you have?
We offer three packages: 24 Hours, 3 Months and 1 year subscription packages. All three give you FULL and UNLIMITED access to all the titles available on the site. You will receive virtually immediate access once payment has been completed. In addition, you can register FREE! of charge to view our free titles and tutorials.

Q: How do I Register and Subscribe?
First you need to Register. Registration is totally FREE! and once you have registered you will be granted access to the free movie section. To view the rest of our DVDs, you would need to Subscribe by clicking the Subscribe button in the login box on the home page. You will then choose from one of our three subscription packages and proceed to payment. Once payment has been completed you will have unlimited access to all of our DVDs on the website and any future titles we add. Please note that it might take a few minutes to process your payment.

Q: How do I make payment and is your payment gateway secure?
We work with PayPal and RBS WorldPay for Credit Card payments. Both options are top rated in terms of security and we have been working with them for years now without any complaints.

Q: Your prices are in Euro (€) but my currency is different, what shall I do?
You need not do anything - simply proceed to checkout, either PayPal or RBS Worldpay Secure Card Payment and you will be charged at your own currency according to the up to date exchange rate on the day of the transaction. You can always do a quick Google search with the following: " 4.95 Euro in USD " and you will see the current exchange rates for USD (change USD to your currency if different).

Q: When I am half way into the movie, the player seems to slow down. What is wrong?
Some of our DVDs are as long as 3 hours and it might be that you need to refresh the movie page (control+R) and move the timeline to where you last been if you experience any slow down. That should solve the problem.

Q: My browser asks me to install Silverlight Plugin. Why and how can I download it?
Some browsers do not have the latest Silverlight plugin so an update is necessary. Please follow the on-screen instructions and install the required SW. Once the plugin is installed, restart the browser.

Q: Can I share my username and password with my friends?
Absolutely not. We have worked very hard to produce these DVDs and make them available to our IPSC shooting community at an affordable price. Users who will abuse our system will be removed and banned from the site without any notice.

Q: How often do you add titles to the site?
On average we produce 2-3 DVD titles per year, each worth over €25. We also add numerous number of coaching clips and tutorials throughout the year. We may add other 3rd party DVDs in the future so stay tuned!

Q: I like what I see, how can I buy a copy of the DVD? This is easy! Simply click on the Buy DVD button next to each title and you will be transferred to Double-Alpha's website where you can complete your purchase.

Q: How do I know when my subscription ends?
Log on to the site and go to your Account page. There you can see the exact number of days before your subscription ends. In addition, you will receive an automatic email 7 days before your subscription ends to renew your package.

Q: What if I Subscribe and then discover my bandwidth is not fast enough?
Prior to Subscription you can register for free want experiment with our free movies. If those movies are working fine on your computer, there should not be a problem with the others. However, if you discover that you cannot view the movies properly, email us within 24 hours of subscription and we will refund your money in full!. Please note that we will not refund the 24 Hours package subscription.

Q: Which browser should I work with to best view the movies?
Our Theater website works on any browser. However, make sure you have the latest versions of Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari, Chrome or any other to make the best out of your movie experience.

Q: The movie quality is not what I have expected.
All of our DVDs were filmed in NTSC format which is 720x480 pixels. Nowadays computer monitors have a much larger screen resolution starting from 1024x768 up to 1920x1200 and even more. Displaying NTSC movies on a high-res computer monitor might result in pixelation which means that your computer will automatically replicate some pixels to compensate on the missing ones. Our movies are best viewed in normal viewing mode (not full screen).
