I did alot of research into the best mounting options for my 1911.
I quickly realised that a 90 degree mount would give me the least paralax and would make cleaning any potencial jams easier.
The quinn mount is super tuff and easy to install.
All I have to do now is buy another for my other 1911.

This is the best side mount I have been able to find. May need slight fitting with the screws but otherwise just install straight onto factory holes on an STI trubor/grandmaster.
The cmore isn't going to get any closer to the bore than this with any other mount. Period. The mount is also light as a feather.
Good product, beautifully machined and well worth the money.

A good C-more mount for people like me who find moving
from Iron sights difficult.The low mount helps speed up sight picture.....
As allways great service with Saul willing to help with any problems.
