Ok, I have had enough of making these little blue frames. hope you don't mind. For some reason I can't get them to copy/paste as I would like....

Here is nice little training aid for you contributed by Chris van den Hout.

It offered you a full simulation of all the timer functions, including some improvements on the existing timer. Now you can dry fire at home, and time yourself, even if you do not own a timer. You do need to own a computer though....:) Enjoy. Thanks Chris!

Here are a couple of small movie clips I made the day while training at the range in Baexem. These clips were made using a specially fitted radio transmitting video camera which is mounted into a pair of ear defender, so you can wear it while you shoot.

This unique angle give a great view of what is actually happening while you shoot. I'll be using this is future video productions from Double-Alpha. You can see some of the US Open stages from this angle too, in the Double-Alpha Academy movie of "the Super Squad of the 2003 US Open Nationals"
