Hi,
I would like to give you some feedback from my experience with DAA. It is not to often that I do just that, but I think you realy earned it!
I live in Norway, and we do unfortunately have some limitation of available shooting (IPSC) related products. I am a strong believer in keeping the local stores alive, and therefor limit some of my shopping trough Internet. This summer I made my first order with you. It was handled very quickly, and since one item was out of stock this was followed up by you immediately. The package arrived in just over one week, which is impressive! All the products has so far been as good as or better than expected as well.
Couple of months later and my birthday came around, with a gift from DAA :) Nice treat. Working in sales myself I know the value of these "small" things! Always short of something I made a new order, and again the follow up was very good! Some shirts out of stock, but that gave me chance to make yet another order ;) In the third a last order I received a DVD as a bonus. Again a small but VERY effective thing for creating good customer experience.
This was a short story made long..... I am VERY impressed with your services and products! I have recommended you to everyone I meet that is into shooting, even though it is against my "pro local" thinking. As an internet store I have yet to come by anyone that has impressed me as much. Customer service is all about delivering what you promise. If you can`t do that, all the extras is not going to help. When you do deliver what is promised, and then some, you really stand out!

I am very impressed with your products. I have done the best I have ever done at the IPSC Canadian Nationals this year (3rd place in Production Division & Standard 3 gun champion) and I believe the reason for that is your DVD series.
I used to believe shooting, specifically IPSC, was entirely about your ability to shoot a firearm; master the fundamentals of shooting and then do them faster than the next guy. I no longer believe this is the case. I now believe, based in largely on the lessons and advice you present in your videos (& book), in combination with my personal experiences that IPSC is composed of several major components equally
weighted:
1 Your ability with your firearm (the fundamentals, draws, transitions, ect.)
2 Movement & Set-up (it is not how fast you get from A to B, but how fast you get there ready to shoot)
3 Everything else (reloading ammo, equipment, nutrition, rest, ect.)
4 Finally, maybe a bit more important than the others, The Mental Game
My practice now consists of working with the 4 above mentioned components, not just shooting. I actually spend less time at the range and am placing much higher in the sport than ever. I could not have done that without the sound knowledge presented in your book and videos! I will use this information to finish well at the USPSA Multi Gun Nationals in Vegas.

A shooting friend of mine, A.F., has send you an order where I also was participated. So I received a Range Cart and the new Timer via this order. I must say these two items are better then "sliced bread" as the Americans say. I mounted my Guga Riba Range Back Pack on the cart and it fits fantastic. I was also always on the search for a good cart, perhaps you have seen me with my self made one at the Med Cup. But the problem was that my cart is bulky and heavy. I constructed it from a cart that is used by fishermens and a aluminium Zarges Box which is waterproof and even mounted some waterbottle holder, but it is way to heavy. But now with your cart I even look more professional and I am sure I become a better shooter through it also ?, just kidding...
